Today relevance is the name of the game and for marketers it is no different. With that in mind, Facebook has launched the new ad platform dubbed Facebook Atlas. Facebook aims to make sure that users don't just see ads for the sake of seeing ads, but moreso ads that are targeted to them. The real question is "how" exactly are they achieving this ?
